Kolucan Mexican Bar and Grill bringing Mexican food to Gulf Gate

We were excited to be able to sit down with our friends at Suncoast View to give a sneak peek of what guests can expect from our all-new menu. We showcased our Red Snapper Veracruz, our Callo de Hacha - smoky mezcal scallops with our spin on a street corn risotto, some crispy pork belly chicharrones, and a few of our tasty margaritas.
